Meetings take place on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 7 to 8:15 pm at the Strongsville Library. Doors open at 6:45pm.
All are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.
At club meetings, we discuss critical topics, hear from candidates and community leaders, connect with neighbors, and identify ways to collectively strengthen our democracy.

Candidate Introductions – First Appearance
Introductions take place at the end of the meeting agenda, typically between 8:00–8:15 PM.
Candidates may arrive early, at approximately 6:45 pm, or stay after the meeting, until approximately 8:30 pm, to speak with members.
Each candidate is allotted one minute to introduce themselves. Please include:

Reason for seeking office
Contact information (to be shared with members via email after the meeting)
A timer may be used if there are multiple candidates present.

Special Events
The Club Executive Board may choose to schedule a dedicated candidates’ night, in addition to the standard monthly meeting schedule, approximately 2–4 weeks before early voting begins.
If a special candidates forum meeting is not scheduled, the Club Executive Board will allocate time during the monthly meeting to give candidates additional time to provide more information and answer members’ questions. The standard allotment of agenda time is 15 minutes, including Q&A.
Candidates are welcome to remain at the meeting to answer additional questions at the end of the agenda, or provide contact information where members can submit their questions.
Candidate Materials
