• Issue 1 will end gerrymandering by empowering citizens, not politicians, to draw fair districts w/ an open & transparent process. 

Strongsville Issue 41: Strongsville Proposed Tax Levy to support Southwest General Health Center renewal

• A renewal of a tax levy supporting Southwest General Hospital

• The County Fiscal Officer estimates levy will collect $384,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $5 for each $100,000 of the County Fiscal Officer’s appraised value, for five years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026. 

Strongsville Issue 42: Strongsville Proposed Tax Levy renewal

• A renewal of a tax levy 

•  The County Fiscal Officer estimates will collect $575,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $8 for each $100,000 of the County Fiscal Officer’s appraised value, for five years, commencing in 2024, first due in calendar year 2025. 

Yes on Issue 53 - Strongsville City Schools*

• An additional tax for the benefit of the Strongsville City School District for the purpose of current expenses that the County Fiscal Officer estimates will collect $9,230,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4.9 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $172 for each $100,000 of the County Fiscal Officer’s appraised value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2024, first due in calendar year 2025.

Yes on Issue 55 - Proposed Replacement of Excise Tax on Cigarettes for Cuyahoga Arts and Culture**

• For the purpose of making grants to support operating or capital expenses of arts or cultural organizations in Cuyahoga County, to defray the costs of acquiring, constructing, equipping, furnishing, improving, enlarging, renovating, remodeling, or maintaining an artistic or cultural facility, and to meet operating expenses of Cuyahoga Arts and Culture (CAC).

• 5 Organizations in Strongsville have funding grants from the CAC, including Arts In Strongsville, The Strongsville Community Band, and the City of Strongsville's Art in Our Lives!
